The following instructions are for adding a network printer to systems running Windows or Mac OSX. You will need to be connected to the EGR network in order to add these printers. Additionally, DECS does not support printing over a VPN connection. Non-DECS installed computers may have limited success using the below methods. If you have issues, then please contact the Support Office at your earliest convenience.

Open up a File Explorer window.

Printing .pdf documents

If you encounter problems in printing .pdf files, in the printer properties dialog box check the box Print as Image and then OK. (Click image below for larger view)
