The DECS Support Office provides a variety of services to the College of Engineering to assist the faculty, staff and students with their technology needs. The staff is available to answer questions, provide consulting, research and evaluate equipment, and purchase items. We offer diagnosing and troubleshooting, along with part replacement for all forms of technology equipment. Some items are in-stock and available for immediate purchase.
If you would like to order a new computer, network equipment or a printer, but are unsure of exactly what you want or need, we can help you determine what technology product will work best for your needs. We can obtain price quotes for you to review and when ready, even place the order!

Assistance for IT at Home
We offer the same assistance inside or outside the building! If you need assistance with your network and/or technology equipment at home, we will help! We can provide consultations on whatever your needs might be--whether it is networking, computers or establishing if your home systems are safe, we will help.
