Finding the MAC Address & Host Name of a computer is a very simple task that will help us support you better by giving us more information on your machine. These two bits of information are what we use to uniquely identify your computer on our network, and they are instrumental in our troubleshooting process.

The following instructions are for adding a network printer to systems running Windows or Mac OSX. You will need to be connected to the EGR network in order to add these printers. Additionally, DECS does not support printing over a VPN connection. Non-DECS installed computers may have limited success using the below methods.
