DECS has Windows laptops, tablets, and 2 in 1 convertible laptops available for reservation. You can reserve one of the laptops based on availability. Checkouts are for a maximum of 2 weeks with the exception of requests for international travel. It is the responsibility of the borrower to return the laptop within a timely manner. If the laptop is returned more than 24 hours after the previously approved return date, there will be a charge of $50/day. Also, it is the responsibility of the borrower to save any information stored on the laptop since it will not backed up by DECS.
While same day reservation is often available, we cannot guarantee any specific turn around time as laptops need to be setup before pick up. Please submit reservations in advance of 2-3 days to ensure that your request is ready on time. When picking up your laptop, please have the ticket number, located in the subject line of the email, ready to provide.
