Video projectors are available for checkout, travel, use around campus or just around the Engineering Building.
Every engineering computing lab is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector(s), which is connected to a computer system (labeled appropriately) in the room.
The video projectors for checkout are available to engineering faculty, staff or students. A valid College of Engineering account number is needed to checkout equipment. Checkout to students requires authorization by a faculty or staff member in the college.
When available, video projectors can be checked out immediately or reserved by faculty, staff or students with faculty/staff approval by submitting Projector Reservation form.
The projectors can be used for a predetermined period of time. There is no charge for checking out equipment. However, equipment checked-out is with the understanding that the account number given will be charged for repair of any damage incurred while in the undersigns possession. Or, if beyond repair or lost, replacement of all damaged materials (including accessories) will be billed to the account number.
The projectors mounted in the labs are available for use with the lab. There is no need to reserve the projector separately from the lab.
