Printing .pdf documents

If you encounter problems in printing .pdf files, in the printer properties dialog box check the box Print as Image and then OK. (Click image below for larger view)

Quota Saving Tips

  • You can print double-sided (duplex).  Black and and white print queues deduct 1.5 pages of quota for every front and back of a page printed.
  • When printing from PowerPoint, putting multiple slides on a page saves quota.
