Teaching
Prof. Mendoza-Cortés has taught 31 courses, 15 of them at MSU, from core thermodynamics and quantum simulation to new graduate courses he created on machine learning and quantum computing. Teaching and research feed each other: course notes became open textbooks written with students, and students recruited in class co-develop the group's software.
