Jeffrey J. Brown, P.E. (BS Civ Egr ’92), has been promoted to vice president/senior civil engineer at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. (FTC&H), a full-service civil engineering, environmental, architectural/engineering, and construction management firm.
Brown joined FTC&H in 2002 as a senior civil engineer and works in the Lansing office. His 20 years of experience has included general municipal engineering, utility master planning, drainage/stormwater management, utility improvements, water systems, pumping stations, and sanitary sewers.
He currently serves as a member of the Collection System Committee for the Michigan Water Environment Association. He is also a member of the 5S (Select Society of Sanitary Sludge Shovelers), which involves flow monitoring, hydraulic modeling, sanitary sewer system evaluation surveys, and preparing state revolving fund project plans.
