Produces injection molded samples for mechanical testing.
The Cincinnati-Milacron 85-Ton Injection Molder is primarily used for fabricating mechanical test specimens, but may be fitted with other drop-in mold inserts. Maximum processing temperature is 400ºC. Ancillary equipment include a water mold chiller/heater (5ºC – 95ºC), oil mold heater (200ºC max), and a feed throat regenerative desiccant pellet dryer.
