During undergrad, I worked on several research projects including optimizing land applied wastewater application rates, developing a sustainable small-scale pickle fermentation system to reduce food waste, and working with Michigan food processing facilities to reduce their water usage. I had the honor of leading both the Pickle Project and the MI food processing water usage project during the academic school year and interning at Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh, WI) and Viessmann (Allendorf, Germany) as a sustainability intern over two summers.
