IV Assistant Robot - Budget and Costs
The initial budget for the project was set at $500, but was expected to go over even before the semester started. Since our team's objective was self-proposed, we were unsponsored and therefore lacking external monetary assistance. As shown in the table with even the most economical robot singlehandedly taking up a third of the budget, microcontrollers taking almost another third, and sensors finishing off the last third, a budget extension request was all but guaranteed.
