Scope:
Being a university professor or lecturer is one of the professions with the highest rates of accidental personnel. Many who are university professors today did not actually start out on a pre-meditated note. They found themselves in the classrooms and laboratory through a sequence of eventful twists that were somewhat beyond their control. This incident is referred to as Accidental Professor Syndrome in psychology. Even though it is almost impossible to eradicate the Accidental Professor Syndrome and its backlash completely, junior academics can be better equipped to handle the situation through a series of workshops and enlightenment campaigns that will help catalyze early and well-grounded career pathing in academia. The main objective of this project was to help early career researchers find their bearing in time and thus, become more productive and fulfilled.
