Bennett road 3E1 leveling course was constucted on Monday, August 25th, 2014. About 700 tons of 3E1 CR-HRC was placed on the eastbound lanes of Bennett road. Construction started at the Okemos Rd./Bennett road intersection. Same day, 3E1 HRC (Control) was also placed on the westbond lanes.
