FEM

Matlab based scripting tools have been established for finite element models (FEM) of radio frequency electromagnetic phased array applicators. These Matlab routines define the applicator geometry for thermal therapy simulations with HFSS finite element software.

FDTD

The program is originally applied to calculate the temperature rise by RF (radio frequency) applicators in human body. The two main functions of this program are: 1). Calculating the RF applicator power deposition in human body by FDTD (finite difference time domain) method and 2). Calculating the temperature rise due to the RF power by BHTE (bioheat transfer equation).
