Initiate Information

In order to join, Initiates are required to attend and/or perform each of the following:

• 1 Service Event
• 1 Social Event
• 1 Fundraising Event
• 1 Networking Event
• Attend Initiation
• Resume Critique at The Center for Spartan Engineering (both a copy of your resume with notes and the updated version) OR attend the upcoming on-campus company mock interviews and resume critiques event on Thursday, October 15th
• Initiates must also complete the Initiate quiz and signature form provided in the Initiate packet.

All application materials are due by 11:59pm Friday, November 6th, 2026 and should be emailed to msutbp@gmail.com. Please reference the packet for any additional information.
