Power Lab Entry Request/Log During COVID-19 Restrictions
Until further notice, access to the power lab is restricted to users pre-approved by faculty advisors.
Instruction
1. Send an email to leewoong@msu.edu for an access to the power lab entry request/log.
2. Fill out the 'Power Lab Entry Request Form' with desired entry date, time, and room#.
3. Send the google sheet link to your advisor for approval.
4. Upon approval from the advisor, complete health check online survey each time before coming to the lab.
5. Students can enter the lab and fill out the entry log (signed in and out).
6. Follow the rules for sanitizing and physical distancing (wear a face mask).
7. The advisor is required to check the log and any additional comments from students.
