Responsible for preparing all documents throughout the project including the coordination between team members, collecting deliverables and putting the obtained deliverables together. Steven will also be the main contact for the power component of the system. He will work with Alex to use a power source that can supply enough power to the circuit that will give enough lifetime for the weight sensors. He will also be responsible for making sure the power supply is safe, efficient and a reliable source throughout the usage.

Responsible for preparing presentations throughout the project including the coordination between team members, scheduling rehearsal times for the project, ensuring the correct division of tasks on the presentation and overall smoothness of team presentations. Alex will be the main liaison between the power source and the sensors. He will work with both Alexandra and Steven to ensure the system is working as designed overall by ensuring ht power supply is meeting the requirements of the sensors and the sensors functionality is obtaining the correct data.

Responsible for all lab equipment that belongs to the team including the laptop, in charge of keeping inventory and ordering parts, following the safety rules in the lab. Alexandra will be in charge of the sensors mainly ensuring they are capable of obtaining the force information correctly and collecting enough input to provide an output for determining one’s weight. She will also be responsible for designing the best sensor placement system which will ensure accuracy, efficiency and durability of the sensors.

Responsible for managing the project which includes scheduling group meetings, keeping track of the timeline and the team’s progress, ensuring overall quality of the product and serving as a liaison between the team, the sponsor and the facilitator. Mohamadou will also be the main engineer that works on the communication between hardware and software. He will ensure the requests from the smartphone will be received the the shoe and the response sent from the shoe is interpreted by the application is correctly. He will also be working on the Back End Development of the application which will include Voltage to Weight conversions and storing data.

Ensuring all project data is stored in a website, designing the team website where outside sources can access project information, providing an elegant interface to these sources and updating it regularly with new information. Goksu will also be responsible for main software design which will include the User Interface Design, Applications architecture development, and majority of the Full Stack Development of the application which will include storing data, Voltage to Weight conversion.
