CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE SPRING 2020 GRADUATES!  

 

 

 

 

Shatha Alabbad

Chemical Engineering

 

Shatha is the Spring 2020 Commencement Engineering Undergraduate Speaker.  She has also been in the WIE Connect Mentoring Program and the Honors Navigators Peer Mentorship Program. Shatha has served on the Honors College Inclusive Excellence Strategic Committee and been a member of the  ChemE Car Club and a leader in the MSU Collegiate Section of the Society of Women Engineers.

Following graduation, Shatha will begin working in Saudi Aramco Research and Development Center. She plans to pursue a PhD in a few years.

Allison has been a leader in the MSU Collegiate Section of the Society of Women Engineers. She has held multiple SWE leadership positions including FS19 SS20 Vice President.

After graduation, Allison will be joining the 3M O2 Program as a Process Engineer in North Carolina.

Ashley has been in the WIE Connect mentoring program for all four years and has also worked at the Career Services Center in Spartan Stadium.

Ashely will be joining General Motors in the GPSC TRACK rotational program.

Stephanie has been in the WIE Connect mentoring program for 4 years and an active member of the MSU Collegiate Section of the Society of Women Engineers.  Stephanie has held both Chair and E-Board positions in SWE.

Lindsay Goodrich

Lindsay has been a WIE Connect member since her freshman year and an active member of the MSU Collegiate Section of the Society of Women Engineers.  She has held Chair positions in SWE.

After graduation Lindsay will begin work full time at Rivian Automotive as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer.

Rachael has been in the WIE Connect mentoring program for 4 years, participated in Alternative Spring Breaks with Engineers Without Borders and is a member of St. John's Student Service Center.

Rachael will be heading to the University of Pittsburgh this Fall to pursue a Master's Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Mindy Seungyeon Lee

Mindy has been in the WIE Connect mentoring program and has served as both a Pairs and Group mentor. She is also a Phi Sigma Rho sister.

Mindy will be starting a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Michigan State University.

Julia is a student athlete with ACHA Women’s D1 Hockey.  She has also been in the WIE Connect mentoring program for 4 years and is a member of the MSU Collegiate Section of the Society of Women Engineers.

After graduation, Julia will be working as an engineer full time at Eli Lilly in Indianapolis.

Emily is the current Secretary of the MSU Collegiate Section of the Society of Women Engineers Secretary and has also served as a SWE Relay for Life Chair.  Emily has also been a WIE Connect Mentor.

Following graduation, Emily will be starting her career in the Edison Engineering Development Program at GE Aviation.
