WIE Celebrate

The WIE Student Success Team is led by Director Judy Cordes and Assistant Director Sandy Christlieb.

WIE Student Success is dedicated to providing an open, collaborative and supportive community for women engineering students.  Our programming and activities foster personal connections, growth and achievement. WIE  offers formal and informal mentoring, peer led success seminars and opportunities for networking and leadership development.

  • WIE programming supports women engineering students of all levels academically, personally and professionally.Brain Break
  • WIE Connect Mentoring Program which matches first year engineering students with junior/senior engineering mentors
  • WIE Rise Program for students in their second year
  • WIE Care Virtual Check-Ins to make seeking assistance and receiving support easier
  • 'Brain Break' Study Breaks to encourage students to quickly meet the WIE team and other students while taking a short, informal break from studies and classes.
  • Special Events designed to welcome, connect and support students throughout the academic year
