The contents of this site are also available via a download at the Mathworks web site: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/77353-pathlength except that the Mathworks site does not include a pdf version of the code. The app is a file with extension .mlapp and is a binary file. The code can be viewed by opening the file from the MATLAB GUI upon which the App Designer wiill open and the code view tab will provide the code.

Readme.docx - document describing the use of the code with step-by-step directions

Instrumentfile.csv - an example instrument file. The app will disregard any lines containing text so if your instrument file contains any lines that should be disregarded, simply add some text to the lines.

PathlengthCode.pdf - the code for the app. If you are interested in using the app, we encourage you to download the .zip file from the Mathworks site instead of working with this code.
