Michigan Biotechnology Institute Receives up to $4.3 Million to Further Biofuel Research

US Department of Energy to provide funding to advance technology developed by MSU Prof Bruce Dale

Michigan Biotechnology Institute (MBI), part of the Michigan State University Foundation, will receive up to $4.3 million from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to further its work on alternative fuel technology developed by Bruce Dale, MSU professor of chemical engineering and materials science. Lansing-based MBI helps prepare biobased technologies and innovations for commercial use.
