Garrett presented a poster on his work with functional movement disorder at the 2024 Engineering Graduate Research Symposium. He received the award for best poster this year.
President Guskiewicz learns from PhD Candidate Garrett Weidig about research being conducted to diagnose and monitor treatments for upper extremity movement disorders as he tours the Biomechanical Design Research Lab, Directed by Dr. Tamara Bush in the College of Engineering.
Dr. Bush received the Savio Woo Translational Biomechanics Medal at the Summer Biomechanics, Bioengineering, and Biotransport Conference this June 2023 in Vail, Colorado.
