Dr. Bush teamed up with the Society of Women Engineers to host the annual ‘Shoppin’ with the Ladies’ event at the machine shop. This event helps students learn about the different tools available in the machine shop such as the mill, lathe, band-saw, and drill press. It was hosted on January 24th with Dr. Bush, mentors from the lab, Sydney Bush and Abbey Yager and participants Somlata and Ava, also from the lab. They are featured in the pictures below.
