Dr. Bush received the Savio Woo Translational Biomechanics Medal at the Summer Biomechanics, Bioengineering, and Biotransport Conference this June 2023 in Vail, Colorado. She gave a speech on work she has been doing with the hand and with pressure injuries and how these projects translate into helping the world, outside of the research realm.
