Virginia (Ginger) Juncker (BS Egr Arts ’88) is the new executive director, programs and member services, of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), it was announced March 17.
In this role, she will spearhead OESA's initiative to assist member companies in retaining key, high-potential employees through a series of leadership events and member engagement opportunities. She will also serve as project lead on many OESA industry events, facilitate several OESA councils and coordinate the engagement of students into OESA activities.
Juncker joins OESA with a wealth of project management, organizational development, and automotive experience; most recently with Devon Facilities Management and C4 Consulting, LLC, as well as past roles with Visteon Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and General Motors.
Juncker earned a master’s degree in interdisciplinary engineering from Purdue University; a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn; and a bachelor’s degree in engineering arts from Michigan State University. She also serves as treasurer for the Township of Novi.
