Thomas L. Gray II, PE, (BS CIV EGR '96) has been promoted to the position of principal at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc.
Gray is a senior vice president who joined FTCH’s Civil/Infrastructure Division in November of 2004, bringing 17 years of design, project management, contract administration, and construction experience.
He received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University in 1996 and is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan. He has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of FTCH civil field services. He has extensive experience overseeing MDOT and local agency construction projects to ensure work is constructed in compliance with agency standards.
