Sidney Lockhart, P.E., (BS Civ Egr ’97) is the chief engineer for the office of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner. Lockhart was recently honored by the Michigan Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers as the Franklin D. Meyer Outstanding Civil Engineer of the Year.
