Link is chairman and CEO of Link Engineering and Link Testing Laboratories (www.linkeng.com).

He has been on ESD's awards committee and nominating committee and was treasurer, vice president, and board president. He also is chairman of the board of the Horace H. Rackham Engineering Foundation.

Link is an advisory board member for the MSU College of Engineering, and is a past member of the board of directors of the Original Equipment Manufacturers Association.
