Hubbell, Roth, & Clark (HRC) Inc. announced the promotion of Robert DeFrain, P.E.,(BS Civ Egr '87) to senior associate.
DeFrain will continue to serve as HRC’s construction department head, where he oversees significant Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and municipal projects, including over $100 million in local government agency projects, and directs the activities of more than 40 construction services personnel. DeFrain is an active member of the MDOT Metro Region/American Council of Engineering Companies of Michigan Construction Council. He has 27 years of professional experience, holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University, and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Michigan.
