After more than 30 years of service to the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioners (WRC) Office, Philip Sanzica, P.E., (BS Civ Egr ’72) was recently appointed Chief Deputy Water Resources Commissioner. He is now responsible for management of WRC operations, projects and staff.
