Paul Markel, PE, (BS Civ Egr ’80) has joined RS&H as a senior transportation engineer in the Orlando, Fla., office. Markel, who received his BS in civil engineering from Michigan State University, has more than 30 years of experience in transportation design and management, including projects for the Florida Department of Transportation, Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, and other public and private clients. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida and a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers.
