Nate Radcliffe (BS Mech Egr '99; MS Egr Mechanics '01) has been appointed director of engineering for golf clubs at Nike Golf.
Radcliffe joined Nike after working for 11 years at Cleveland Golf/Srixon, where he served in a range of research, development, and brand management roles. Most recently, Radcliffe was the senior development manager (R&D) for Cleveland Golf Products, where he led multifunctional development teams in the conceptualization, design, and development of all hard good products.
Prior to his most recent role at Cleveland Golf/Srixon, Radcliffe ascended through various roles from metalwoods development manager to managing research groups and serving as the senior research and design engineer.
Radcliffe earned a bachelor's and master's degree from MSU in mechanical engineering and biomechanics. At Michigan State University, he completed his graduate studies under the guidance of renowned biomechanics professor Robert Hubbard, inventor of the HANS device neck support, which is now standard in automotive racing.
Radcliffe will be relocating to Fort Worth, Texas, where Nike Golf's research and development facility, The Oven, is located.
