Spicer Group in Saginaw promoted Michael G. Niederquell (BS '98, MS '99 CIV EGR) to senior associate. It was announced July 2, 2015.
He joined Spicer in 2013 as the director of transportation.
He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University in civil engineering.
He previously worked for Wade Trim, Michigan State University, and RC Associates.
