Matt Morgan (BS Comp Sci ’01), a senior software development at IDV Solutions, was among those honored Nov. 21, 2013, when IDV received the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce’s 2013 Emerging Economy Award.
IDV has emerged in the region as a market leader in the data visualization technology. At IDV, Morgan’s focus is on Visual Command Center customer deployments.
Tim Daman, president and CEO of the Lansing Regional Chamber, said the company’s impact begins in Mid-Michigan and extends worldwide. “Their technology is in use every day, helping organizations gain insight from data, streamline operations, and protect people, assets, and infrastructure,” he said.
In the last 18 months, the company has added more than 20 employees, expanded its internship program, and opened offices in Orlando and Washington, D.C.
