Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. (FTCH) announced April 8, 2014, that Leigh C. Merrill III, P.E., (BS Civ Egr ’07) received his professional engineer license in Michigan.
Merrill is a civil engineer on FTCH’s Transportation Design Team in the Novi office. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at Michigan State University in 2007.
