Michigan State University employees have the option of having their gift to MSU deducted from their paychecks, either in one lump sum or over a specified period of time. Many MSU employees find payroll deduction an easy and convenient way to make their gifts to the university.
The minimum amount that can be deducted from your paycheck is $5 per pay period.
Please include the following information on your gift pledge form (.pdf): Social Security number, Department or unit where you work, Work telephone number, How much should be deducted from each paycheck, and first pay period the deduction should begin. Pledge forms should be mailed to:
