How the Interactions of Machine Learning and Speech have Affected People
Machine learning has helped make many applications, including speech recognition, speech translation and natural language processing become more prevalent. In this talk, I will discuss some of the recent advances involving speech and machine learning. This will include a discussion about their impact on people and some of the interesting, yet open problems. Additionally, I will share about possible research experiences in industry and academia.
