This workshop will aim to build awareness and acceptance around mental health in Canada, we are pleased to be partnering with Seneca’s Counselling and Accessibility Services for a special virtual workshop.
In this session, you will have the opportunity to:
Identify stress in the workplace
Identify ways to protect yourself against harmful stress
Identify coping strategies for 'in-the-moment' stressors
Develop your own personal warning signs for when your ability to cope is overwhelmed
Identify community and organizational resources available to you
