DNA nanomechanical devices for probing molecular and cellular systems

Research interests include:

• Bottom-up self-assembly of DNA-based structures, devices and materials

• Utilize engineering approaches to advance mechanical and dynamic functionality of DNA nanodevices

• Developing nanotechnology-based tools to characterize the physical properties and behaviors of biomolecular and cellular systems

• Engineering DNA devices for biomedical applications, especially sensing and delivery
