Pad Stacks, How do I change their size.

One of the problem areas it seem that everyone is having has to do with the size of the pads around ICs,componets,and vias. You should try and make the pads as big as possible to the point where they almost touch. The reason being that in each pad a 31mil holes is drilled along with 5-10mils of isolation for the cutter. This leaves only 13-18 mils of copper around each pad after processing. This will work, but if you are hand soldering the more copper the easier it is to solder
