DECS offers poster printing and poster lamination services to Engineering account holders only. Posters are only printed on HP Universal Coated Plotter Paper, which is slightly thicker than normal copy paper. Lamination is available in matte finish only. The largest printable poster size is 42" x 54", and the largest poster print with lamination is 42" x 52". Poster backing materials are not available. Please do not submit print jobs for pages 11" x 17" or smaller. These sizes can be printed from DECS lab printers.
While same day poster service is often available, we cannot guarantee any specific turn around time as large volumes of requests will cause delays.
The increase in demands for College of Engineering resources, including poster printing, prevents DECS from being able to accommodate poster jobs which do not directly support coursework, research, or other Engineering programs during certain times of the year.
These times include, but may not be limited to, the three weeks before and after the end of each semester, and the entire summer semester. DECS also no longer accepts print quota to cover the costs of personal poster requests at any time. The DECS lab printers remain available.
