USNCTAM 2014 Congress Participants

Welcome to the College of Engineering's College Conference Application system. The congress account that you used to submit your draft and final abstracts remains available for editing your final abstract and also for verifying the minisymposium and time at which your abstracts will appear on the program (via the "My abstract" tab). The "profile" tab lets you update your affiliation. Minisymposium organizers have additional tabs for managing their minisymposium.

Instructions for Authors

All presenting authors must create an account for the purpose of submitting their draft abstract and 2 page final abstract. Draft abstracts of up to 400 words in pdf format are for review purposes. Abstract submitters must identify the minisymposium in which they wish to present. There is a limit of one presentation per registered attendee, although an attendee may participate as a co-author on multiple submissions. For this reason each account is limited to one submission (draft abstract and final 2 page abstract). The exception is for celebratory sessions in honor of individuals who are celebrating a career milestone.

The decision of acceptance or rejection is at the discretion of the minisymposium organizers based on a review of the draft abstract submission. To appear on the final program, the presenting author of each accepted abstract must submit their final 2 page extended abstract and register for the Congress.
