Tabulating Data on Fulfilling Objectives for Effective Teaming and Course Learning
The left column of the Table of Objectives lists objectives important to your performance in the course, in particular to teamwork. These are based in part on your team ground rules. You may opt to add a couple of objectives specific to your team. The right column lists your points for each objective for each charting session. In a charting session, give yourself 0 points if you did not do the behavior, 1 point if you did it okay, and 2 points if you did it exceptionally well. Add your points for a session and enter the total at the bottom.

Graphing Data in a Quality Chart
After each member has entered his/her data, the team should derive an average of the total points, i.e., sum the total points from each member and divide by the number of members. This average is then drawn in bar graph form in the Quality Chart. In addition, the team should take a moment to review individual tables and discuss objectives that received either 0 or 2 points:
