Wei Liao
Biography: 

Dr. Wei Liao is an associate professor and the director of MSU Anaerobic Digestion Research and Education Center (ADREC) at the department of Biosystems & Agricultural Engineering. His research group and center currently work on cross-disciplinary research topics of biological conversion of organic residues into bioenergy/chemical products, algal cultivation to capture CO2 and generate value-added products, and integration of solar, biological, and electrochemical technologies to develop novel waste utilization systems.
