John Verboncoeur
John Verboncoeur, a professor in Michigan State University's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, has been named an IEEE fellow, effective January 1, 2013, in recognition of his contribution to computational plasma physics and plasma device applications.
Conferred by the board of directors, IEEE fellow is the highest grade of membership and is recognized by the technical community as a prestigious honor and an important career achievement. The total number of fellows selected in any one year cannot exceed one-tenth of one-percent of the total voting membership.
