Saad Sharief

Saad Sharief in currently enrolled in the PhD program. His research focusses on rapid extraction and detection of pathogens from food matrices and developing technologies for anticounterfeiting. Current projects include, Gold Nanoparticle based biosensors, Near Infrared Spectroscopy and image recognition-based bacteria classification.
