Roy Dong and Tom Ganley Received Board of Trustees Awards
Congratulations to Roy Dong and Tom Ganley, who were honored with the MSU Board of Trustees (BOT) awards on December 10. There were only 6 awardees university-wide for the December commencement. BOT awards are granted at each commencement to graduating seniors having the highest cumulative grade point averages at the close of the semester prior to graduation. Read the story from MSU News.
In addition to their impressive academic record, both Roy and Tom were active and productive in research in the Smart Microsystems Lab (SML), resulting in first-authored journal and conference papers.
SML alumni Michael Carpenter and Matt Guibord also received the BOT awards, in December 2009 and May 2010, respectively.
