ECE 302 is a three credit course which covers the V-I characteristics of diodes and transistors. There is a strong emphasis on modeling especially with SPICE. SPICE is also used to design and evaluate electronic circuits. Applications include power supplies, mid-band amplifiers, high-frequency amplifiers, switching circuits and power amplifiers.

ECE 303 is a one credit laboratory course which covers circuit design using diodes, transistors, integrated circuits, and sensors.
