MRI Images acquired on our 9.4T Bruker micro-imager

Female wild-type mouse

Axial brain slices

Coronal brain slices

Axial slices of the hind legs and tail

Acquisition information: multislice spin echo sequence, TE/TR = 10/1000 ms, NT = 8, 120 x 120 microns in-plane resolution, 1 mm slice thickness.

Section of freshly excised bovine coronary artery (in doped saline)

Axial slices (T2-weighted images, TE = 20 ms)

Axial slices (T2-weighted images, TE = 30 ms)

Acquisition information: multi-slice spin echo sequence, TR = 3000 ms, NT = 2, 145 x 145 microns in-plane resolution, 1 mm slice thickness.

Injection of dual labeled (GFP/SPIO) cells in both hind legs of C57BL/6 male mouse

1. Axial slices through the hind legs 30min after injection

2. Axial slices through the hind legs 24h after injection

3. Axial slices through the hind legs 4 days after injection

4. Axial slices through the hind legs 7 days after injection

5. Axial slices through the hind legs 14 days after injection

6. Axial slices through the hind legs 21 days after injection

7. Axial slices through the hind legs 24 days after injection

Acquisition information: multislice spin echo sequence.
1. TE/TR = 10.5/8000 ms, NT = 1, 100 x 100 microns in-plane resolution, 1 mm slice thickness.
2. TE/TR = 7.7/8000 ms, NT = 1, 200 x 200 microns in-plane resolution, 0.5 mm slice thickness.
3. TE/TR = 7.9/6000 ms, NT = 1, 200 x 200 microns in-plane resolution, 1 mm slice thickness.
4 to 7. TE/TR = 7.7/6000 ms, NT = 1, 200 x 200 microns in-plane resolution, 1 mm slice thickness.
Reagent C2C12 cells were labeled with superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) particles and thus appear as dark spots in the muscle tissue where they were injected.

Going through a screw and nut immersed in doped water...

Side to side

Top to bottom

Acquisition information: multislice spin echo sequence, TE/TR = 10.6/2000 ms, NT = 1, 160 x 160 (left) and 150 x 150 (right) microns in-plane resolution, 1 mm slice thickness.
