Registration Information
Please submit your registration payment by Friday, March 27, 2009 (see chart below).
The registration fee covers conference materials, dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and snacks on both days. Lodging is onsite at the Kellogg Biological Station Conference Center.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Student scholarships are still available!! Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we hope to offer scholarships to all students who request them through the registration process. Scholarships are based on desire to attend.
To apply for a scholarship, simply select "I am applying for a scholarship" on the registration form and pay the $25 registration fee. You will be notified by Wednesday, March 18 if a scholarship is available. If we cannot offer a scholarship, you will have until Friday, March 20 to pay the remaining $50 by another method or to withdraw from the conference with no penalty. We encourage all students to apply since we hope to offer many scholarships for MICWIC!
To hold a scholarship and your place at MICWIC, the student registration fee below must be received on or before Friday, March 20.

High School Attendees
Registrants under the age of 18 must print out and have mailed/faxed back the Parental Consent and Photography Release Form to complete their registration.
Room Requests and Refunds
Rooms require multiple occupants (up to 4 per room). Requests for rooming arrangements should be indicated on the registration form. We will try to honor requests, but cannot guarantee to be able to satisfy all requests. Accommodations can also be made at local hotels near the Kellogg Biological Station Conference Center. The registration fee is fully refundable up until the end of early registration (March 20). After that date, no refund can be made.
Resumes
All attendees are encouraged to upload a current resume to go into the MICWIC 2009 Resume Database. If you would like to participate in the speed networking session, you will also need to bring a paper copy of your resume.
Upload your resume (in pdf format) to EasyChair under "New Submission". If you do not already have an EasyChair account, you will need to enter brief account information, which includes a fax number. Any fax number is acceptable. For instance, you can give the fax number for your school or department, which you should be able to find on your school or department website.
